Duties and Responsibilities Assists and supports administration, coordination, and application of company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices for the entire work life cycle of the employee.
Triages phone calls or e-mail requests from employees and directs them to the appropriate resources.
Assists with recruitment by updating the applicant tracking system, assists with offer letters, tracks status, initiates background checks and pre-employment drug screens.
Establishes new hires in the payroll and time and attendance system.
Prepares on-boarding packets, schedules and coordinates new employee on-boarding.
Reviews and processes I-9 documentation.
Maintains employee records, electronic files and databases on company server in secured folders.
Assists with payroll audits, or requests for information for insurance renewals, annual enrollment Posts required labor law information.
Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to creating communication materials, flyers, letters, PowerPoint presentations, scanning, and mailing.
Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
Maintains and orders supplies for the office as needed.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Three to five years' progressive responsible administrative experience, preferably in a Human Resources capacity.
Proficient in Microsoft office suite products, Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Pro.
Proficient keyboarding skills Must be available onsite in the office work environment.
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
