We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Service Writer to join our team.
As a Service Writer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and coordinating automotive services for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome - Listen to customer concerns and accurately document their vehicle issues - Provide detailed explanations of recommended repairs and services - Prepare accurate estimates for labor and parts costs - Schedule appointments and coordinate service timelines - Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs - Maintain open lines of communication with customers throughout the service process - Upsell additional services or products based on customer needs - Process payments and handle financial transactions - Maintain organized records of customer interactions and service history
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Service Writer or in a similar role preferred - Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers - Proficient computer skills, including experience with automotive software systems - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for career advancement.
