We are seeking a Receptionist or Medical Assistant to join our small but hard-working team.
The ideal candidate will be dependable, work well with others, and enthusiastic about providing high-quality medical care to children of all ages.
Duties:
- Greet and assist patients and families in a professional and friendly manner - Answer telephone calls, schedule appointments, and convey messages - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence - Assist with direct patient care including vital measurements, basic screenings, and additional procedures (depending on skill/experience) Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Basic proficiency with PC computers and the Internet - Strong communication skills and customer service orientation - Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, learn quickly, and work well under pressure - Bilingual (Spanish) preferred Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma - Previous experience not required - Proof of immunization to Hepatitis B, Tetanus, Pertussis, and Measles Full time preferred; part-time schedule negotiable with preference for afternoons.
