Summary:
An In-Home Caregiver for seniors is responsible for providing personal care and support services to elderly individuals who need assistance with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities:
Provide personal care to seniors, including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
Administer medications as prescribed by the senior's healthcare provider.
Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the senior, taking into account any dietary restrictions or preferences.
Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, dishes, and tidying up the senior's living space.
Provide companionship and emotional support to the senior, engaging in conversation, playing games, or watching TV together.
Accompany the senior to medical appointments, social events, or errands, as needed.
Monitor the senior's health and wellbeing, and report any changes or concerns to their healthcare provider or family members.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with seniors, family members, and healthcare providers.
Reliable, compassionate, and patient.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and transferring seniors who may have mobility issues.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Working Conditions:
